Shijiazhuang Huaneng Power Fitting Co., Ltd. Manufactures over-head line preformed helical fittings. Currently our company has the ability to produce 600, 000 sets of various preformed helical fittings per year, including OPGW and ADSS fittings for fixing optical cables. The fittings for fixing conductor lines and earth-wire lines have passed the tests issued by National Electric Power Construction Research Institute and Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute and passed the evaluation of the expert group of Hebei Economic and Trade Committee. Our company was named as a high-tech enterprise by Hebei Science and Technique Bureau.
Since the beginning of establishment, we have emphasized on quality of products, strengthened the quality concept of employees and built up a perfect quality-control system. We have passed the certification of ISO9001: 2000 international quality system. In our company there are enough experts and advanced equipment for production and examination. Our products have been sold throughout the country and are exported to clients in overseas countries and regions. Undergoing the rigorous tests in every kind of weather condition with different voltage, our products still work very well without any problem. Till the end of 2008, more than 45000 kilometers of OPGW optical cables and more than 50000 kilometers of ADSS optical cables have been used.
In order to offer customers an exact and effective plan of vibration reduction, our company established a vibration laboratory with the help of transmission line experts and the vibrate experts of National Power Company.
